I bought it for $3.99, got an email with the license number, downloaded it, but my mac says it can't open it because "the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed."

Help, please?

Thanks in advance,
Loren

    Hi Loren,

that's very strange, your Mac is preventing Shiny Groove to load because it
    doesn't recognise our developer signature.

The fix is easy enough, inside the System Preferences (Click on the Apple
in the top left corner of your screen and select "System Preferences")
there is a "Security & Privacy" section, in the "General" tab there is a
setting called "Allow apps downloaded from:" change it to "anywhere" and
    the app should work fine.

Meanwhile I'll check our signature, because this is not normal and
    shouldn't happen.

Let me know if you still have problems, so we can help you as soon as
    possible.
