Hi Shiny Frog Support,
i'm looking for a new screenshot tool and was using INBOARD before. I'd like to switch to Pixa, but i'm having some issues due testing.

1. I can't add a new live folder in High Sierra, nothing happend after trying to add one. In second macbook with Sierra it's working fine!
2. Can i use the same pxlibrary file on multiple macbooks (no simultaneous use - only sharing the same libary). The file is shared via Synolgy NAS. Will this be possible?

Thanks for your support - so i can evaluate my software change :) Best stefan

    Hi Stefan,

    1. If you try to reboot your mac, does this continue to happen?

    2. Yes but live folders won't work. in Pixa's preferences, you can find where your library is located and change the active library file. In your case, you can point to the .pxlibrary on the NAS. We can't grant your library won't be corrupted if accessed simultaneously from multiple macs.
