    Hi Eugene,

I'm sorry, somehow I was not notified of your message.
Try to locate your Pixa library, usually is a this path

    /Users/danilo/Library/Containers/net.shinyfrog.pixamac/Data/Pixa.pxlibrary

If the library is present, open Console.app, search for "Pixa" then open Pixa.app. A few messages will appear in Console, please copy them here.

    Cheers.

    Dear Danilo

Many thanks for your response. Following your advice I was able to follow path until the Pixa.pxlibrary point.

However I was unable to find there the console.app in order to continue the search for pixa.app

    Please see relevant attachments.

    I’ll appreciate your help

    Kind regards

    Hi Eugene,

ok, your library seems to contains some images.
You can find Console.app in /Applications/Utilities/Console.app, and is a system application which monitor macOS and apps messages. In order to see only Pixa's messages write "pixa" in Console top right search field and lounch Pixa.app from Finder.

    Cheers.

    Dear Danilo

Thanks once more  for your help.

I was able to find ‘console’ as advised. However when I wrote ‘pixa’  in the  top right search field the result was ‘zero’   (see attached)

Anything else that I  could  try?

    Eugene
