A colleague has shared a Pixa library with me, so I've downloaded the trial to see if it's something I want to use. Pixa ran fine the first time - I pointed it to my library's location and was told to restart the app. Sounds good. Now whenever I try to restart it I get the option to buy the app or cancel, which quits Pixa. Not a great start to a 10 day trial.
Am I missing something, or am I really not going to be able to view this library and test the app out before buying?

Thank you for getting back to me. I’m sorry I haven’t responded before now. I had a very busy patch of work. Thanks for the demo extender instructions. It’s unclear, however, where I paste that string of characters generated by the demo reset app.

It worked - but for a single launch of the app, as before. Not enough to test a library someone sent me.
Here’s my demo extender string once again:
I really do want Pixa to work for me. It would be a great tool to share with collaborators if I can prove it out first.

I think there is something wrong with the demo version, I'll check.
I have restarted your trial, but delete also Pixa container here (this will delete your library) :
