First, THANK YOU for such a great app! I love Pixa!

Second, I have a file that i have deleted from the library, and deleted from the finder which now shows as a blank document (screenshot attached). Whenever I click on it, Pixa crashes. I cannot delete it or do anything else with it. Click, then BOOM. Advice?

    Hi Patrick,

the problem of the blank files on Mac OS 10.9 seems to happen on rename but we are still investigating.

I'm not really sure but try this:

    • move all the images but the blank in a new project
    • cross fingers
    • delete permanently the old project with cmd-shift-del

    Cheers

    Hello,

Please see the attached screenshot. When I try to edit items in my library, I get the following error:

Upon further investigation, when I select “Reveal in Finder” I see the following:

It appears that I have a Library inside my Library.

    Can you help?

I am using a Mac on OS X Sierra.

    Hi Patrick,

I don't suggest moving pxlibraryitem or editing your Pixa library the way you are doing if you want to preserve your library integrity.

    Cheers.
