A couple of days ago i bought your product and it has been working great , today i turn it on and its asking me to buy the upgrade again, when i press the restore purchase button nothing happens , its very annoying

    Hi Ian,

    please try this, delete from your Applications folder and download it again from the store. This will force the license to be restored and the app will stop asking for purchase.

    If this doesn't work probably there's some problem with the App Store, anyway, if this is the case please ping me again, I'll solve the issue in another way.
