I would like to restore purchase on a computer without iCloud Drive since my work computer has disabled it. I know currently that there isn't much reason to do so, but may be needed in the future even though I can't use the sync feature??

    Hi Kelvin,

in the short period, we'll not move from iCloud but I hope CloudKit will evolve to allow sync without Drive.

    Cheers.

+1 on the request to be able to restore purchases without turning on sync and signing into iCloud.

Like others have mentioned in another thread, my use case is:
    - I subscribe to Bear for personal use and sync on multiple devices with iCloud.
    - For work use, I'd like to use Bear on my corporate Mac for local files only (no iCloud/syncing for security reasons). It's disappointing that I can't enable the themes and export features on this installation. Clicking "Restore Purchases" prompts me to sign in to iCloud.

This is a huge issue. Bear is beautiful software that is an important part of my workflow. But I wont do it on a white background. I have paid - so I should be able to use the themes without sending private data off of my machine.
