payment and subscription problem

Hi there,

I have problems with understanding whether I am been charged with the Bear app. I do need help. the problem I have is a bit hard to describe. I don't know whether I could have recevie a call from sales or help desk. or give me an email about it.
I am bit stressed about it.

    Hi Gabriella,

    all the Bear payment are managed by Apple directly ( we don't have any of your personal information ). When you subscribe to BearPro you have a free period during which you are not charged by the subscriptions costs. At the end of the free period, you'll receive a mail from Apple which will inform you of the charged costs.
