Hi Shiny Frog,

I just recently downloaded the Bear app and within playing around with it for 5 min, I already love it. It has everything I'm looking for except one feature.

I really wish there was an option to hide the markdown syntax.

For example, it would be nice if there was a toggle option to display:
instead of
*BOLDED TEXT* (while keeping the "bold" aspect of the text)

Another example is when I paste code snippets (especially one liners), the text on the screen will be:
`some code`
This is especially annoying for the one liner code because I would like to keep the "code formatting" but get rid of the ` ` so that I can copy the entire line instead of trying to copy just the content between ` `.

Please consider adding this feature to the Bear app!

Any update on this? This and the table feature are the only thing preventing me from making a full switch. I understand the problem you guys are having with the table, but not option to hide the syntax.

Yes - come on, sort this out. Beyond ridiculous that we have to look at the formatting codes. What kind if early internet age are we living in? Ruining all my notes - I'll be quiting my subscription if you don't sort it out - been WAY too long. //"""######\\\\
