I really enjoy using Bear as a markdown editor.
As a software engineer, I would like to be able to use Bear to
edit my markdown documents files locally on my file system so that
I can use Bear as my default markdown editor for code (currently I
am using VS Code as my default markdown editor).
I have subscribed to Bear Pro, so I don't mind if this is a
Pro only feature.

I think is more likely we'll write another app for external file
editing, because is hard to keep Bear's "note's app" structure and
add document based editor functionalities.

I also would like to see this feature.

+1. Bear's Markdown editor is the best out there. I'd love to use it to edit local Markdown files.
