Hey guys, loving Bear so far! Any plans on integrating with IFTTT or Zapier?

    Hi Phil,

not right now, basically is impossible to achieve a good integration with IFTTT/Zapier and CloudKit.

Simple NEW note integration would be great as my entire system revolves around Evernote. I teach it to thousands a year... With 27k notes, evernote is not always the fastest to respond, but Bear is nimble and quick. I'd REALLY like any notes created in bear to automatically feed into Evernote.

Any paths on the horizon that could accomplish this?

    Hi Charles,

right now is impossible for us to provide such service, but will be virtually possible if we change di sync backend in future ( or CloudKit open up to the web ).

Would also love IFTTT but not at the cost of moving away from iCloud. I'm already uncomfortable with the number of cloud services that have my data and love that Bear is using iCloud (which at least gives me the impression of one of the more secure cloud services).

+1 on loving CloudKit for this. One of my favorite things about Bear.

What about an "email to Bear" function? This could allow custom connection via IFTTT or Zapier
