Hello Danial,
in order to import your notes from Evernote perform these steps:
Currently you cannot import them using Bear for iOS but we will add this feature in the next updates.
Have an awesome day!

When trying to import an .enex archive, the .enex file is greyed out. I cannot import my notes because of this.

Hello Tashawn,
I think the problem is that you do not have the macOS Evernote application installed and Bear doesn't recognize the note export. We are fixing it right now and from the next beta version it should work like a charm without Evernote installed.
At the moment you can install the macOS version of Evernote, open it once and retry the import procedure from Bear.
I hope this will help you,
have a perfect day!

I do have Evernote installed on my Macbook and I did do the export from Evernote from the Mac app. The app is updated to the latest version. Every time I export from Evernote, it gives me an .enex file that is greyed out on your application when I try to import it.

Hello Tashawn,
that is very strange. May I ask you to creare a single test note inside Evernote and export it. After that try to import the .enex into Bear. If it does not work - may I ask you to zip that .enex and attach it to this thread in order to investigate it?
Thank you for your patience,
have a wonderful day!

Tried the single note, did not work. It's the same problem, the file is greyed out. The .zip file with the single note and all not .enex files is attached.

Hello Tashawn,
I've received the example and will make some experiments with it; will let you know as soon as we'll have a debug version for you to try.
Thank you for the feedback, it is very important to us!

Hello everyone,
we have uploaded a new beta version for macOS that should address your issue. May I ask you to download the version at the following link and try to import .enex files again:

Thank you for the patience.
