Is it possible to add VI / VIM keybindings to the writer for macOS?

some of us are vim fanatics and really willing to add vim
bindings, but right now is not on top of our priorities.

+1 for VIM in Bear for Mac. Besides programming, Bear is my most used writing application. Thank you!

This topic looks to be from 11/18/2016. I was curious if there were any updates as to the progress of adding in vi/vim keybindings.

@Jeffrey W, here's the link (http://help.shinyfrog.net/discussions/bear/8610-feature-requestvim-keybinding-and-line-number-of-code-block) to a thread from less than a month ago with the developers latest response on keybindings.

I would be willing to pay double for VIM support! Thank you for this app. I love it!

Yes please. I just bought Pro and that's the only thing I'm currently missing. :D

+1 to this. I would seriously pay extra to have vim keybindings.
Does anyone know a way we could somehow build this ourselves?
