I downloaded mac verision, bought Pro version and then downloaded iOs version, there weren't any Subscription so I subscribed one more time. And my notes are not Synronized.

I have 2 Macs and 2 iPads, all with the same Apple ID. I have subscribed to Bear Pro for 1 year.
Bear syncs between 1 Mac and 1 iPad but not among the others. Bear on the second Mac demands an upgrade to Bear Pro and 'restore purchases' won't work.
How can I sync among all my devices?

please make sure you have enabled iCloud drive on every device and you are using the same iCloud and iTunes accounts.

Check also if you have the latest Bear release 1.0.2 for both Mac and iOS.

Is there any option to share with a second iTunes account?
My work recently switched to using corporate AppleID accounts instead of personal, so now my notes aren't synced between home and work.

No there isn't, but you can move your notes by using Bear's backup
