Sync issue, again

Hi Folks!

I think I’ve hit a corner case. I’ve installed the Bear app on a Mac associated to AppleID “A” and then purchased a subscription. When asked for AppleID credentials, I’ve entered “B”’s credentials (another account I use), and the subscription went successfully.

This is what I see from the Mac linked to AppleID “A”:

This is what I see from the Mac linked to AppleID "B":

This is the confirmation email:

And this is what I see on an iOS device linked to Apple ID “B”:

So at this point I install Bear on two other iOS devices (iPhone and iPad Pro) associated to AppleID “B”. When I hit “Restore Purchase” under the “Go Pro” dialog, I get this error:

Here are the logs from a Mac app after failure:

    I’ll take a stab.
So we all know that Bear uses iCloud to sync Macs and the identifier of the account is an Apple ID. When you purchase a subscription Bear creates the account using the Apple ID that you are signed on under - in your case this was “A”.

During the subscription process you were asked for an email not your Apple ID for contact purposes - this was “B”. So a Bear subscription does not exist for “B”.

Actually that's quite the opposite. I'm only able to use Bear Pro on Mac with account "A", not "B".

Also, when I clicked to purchase, I was asked for email *and* password, and that was the usual dialog requesting Apple credentials. At this point, despite being on Mac "A", I've "forcefully" entered Apple credentials "B", which lead to a successful subscription and working Bear Pro instance running on Mac "A".

No worries. In the meantime I looked forward and concluded that many apps
in the future will likely have to solve this challenge (and probably won't,
as their priorities are other): so I decided to keep a single Apple ID
    across all of my devices.
